As the parent or legal guardian, I release and hold harmless B all of that salon & Spa its owners, and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage of injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or undersigned, while in or upon premises or any premises under the control or supervision of B all of that salon & Spa professionals, its owners and operators or en route to or from any of said premises
The undersigned gives permission to B all of that salon & Spa its owners, and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian.
We love sharing or birthday party and camp days and the fun that children our having within our studio on our facebook and instagram pages. Photos and videos taken may be used for advertising and promotional purposes on our website and marketing materials.
